Job Summary Responsible for designing, executing, and implementing advanced graphic packages for studio productions in News, Business, and Sports. Requires expertise in Vizrt Artist with strong command of Transition Logic, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D tools like Cinema 4D. Must have experience in Viz scripting, AR/VR production, and real-time broadcast workflows, with at least 5 years in a fast-paced, live production environmentResponsibilities and DutiesDesign visually compelling, broadcast-ready real-time graphics using Vizrt Artist, aligned with editorial content and production objectives.Develop complete graphics packages including lower-thirds, tickers, info panels, full-screen animations, countdown clocks, transitions, and over-the-shoulder visuals.Use Transition Logic to create intelligent, layered scene behaviors that adapt dynamically during live operation.Ensure visual consistency across different programs and channels while maintaining high design standards and on-brand aesthetics.Design and implement Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) elements that enhance studio storytelling and viewer engagement.Collaborate with camera tracking teams and virtual set designers to create seamless immersive environments for live studio productions.Contribute creative ideas to extend broadcast storytelling using data-driven AR overlays and 3D infographics.Work closely with Vizrt developers and system operators to ensure smooth integration of graphic templates into Viz Engine, Viz Pilot, and newsroom systems (e.g., ENPS, iNEWS).Support template deployment, system testing, and optimization across multiple control rooms and production pipelines.Troubleshoot and adapt graphics in real time during live broadcasts; quickly resolve issues related to rendering, performance, or design mismatches.Build template-based graphics for automation and editorial teams, allowing for dynamic content population and editorial flexibility.Create reusable design components and toolkits to streamline production workflows and reduce turnaround time.Ensure all templates are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability in live production environments.Coordinate with producers, directors, technical engineers, and creative leads to align design execution with editorial direction and broadcast schedules.Participate in pre-production meetings to assess technical requirements and production timelines for new programs or visual concepts.Provide support and training to junior designers and editorial staff on working with Viz templates and newsroom graphics tools.Explore new design styles, animation techniques, and software tools to enhance visual storytelling capabilities.Keep up to date with Vizrt suite updates (Artist, Engine, Pilot Edge, etc.) and evaluate new plug-ins, scripts, or workflow enhancements.Research design trends and real-time graphics techniques used in global broadcast and media networks to ensure creative excellence and competitiveness. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Media Technology, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real-time broadcast graphics, preferably in live news, sports, or high-tempo production environments.Proven track record in delivering complete Vizrt graphics packages for live studio or field broadcasts.Advanced expertise in Vizrt Artist, including Transition Logic, scene design, and template-based workflows.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for motion design and asset creation.Experience with 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya for modeling, texturing, and animation.Solid working knowledge of Viz Scripting and Viz Engine integration for real-time performance and automation.Familiarity with AR/VR broadcast graphics workflows, camera tracking systems, and virtual set production.Experience integrating graphics with newsroom control systems (e.g., iNews, Octopus), automation tools (e.g., Mosart, Viz Pilot Edge), and live production hardware is a strong advantage.Strong aesthetic judgment with a keen eye for layout, typography, animation, and color theory.Ability to design within brand guidelines while delivering creative, high-impact visual solutions.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot real-time graphics under pressure.Effective communicator, able to collaborate fluidly with creative teams, technical directors, and engineering staff in fast-paced environments.Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Fluency in English is required.Proficiency in Turkish and Arabic is considered a strong plus.
