POSITION SUMMARY
The Varnisher is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing electrical components and assemblies with precision and care. This role ensures high-quality varnishing and contributes to the overall performance, safety, and reliability of Vertiv products. The Varnisher also plays a key role in supporting production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiative
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning, sanding and preparation of various surfaces for varnishing
- Application of basic coatings and grinding and polishing activities
- Precise application of paints or varnishes in several layers while ensuring even coverage
- Regular maintenance of varnishing tools and equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols when working with chemicals
- Execute production plan
- Prepare work orders and materials needed for production plan execution
- Prepare and distribute necessary documentation needed for assembly activity and fixes
- Responsible for safety within the team/production line
- Responsible for performance (execution) of the given production plan
- Responsible for the quality of work on the production line, varnishing work
- Support packaging and loading activities
- Participate in improvement initiatives/projects on the production line/within the Plant (Kaizen/Continuous improvement)
- Communicate with the team relevant company announcements
- Responsibility for 5S System in Production
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school education – Qualified worker (Varnisher, automotive varnisher)
- Required experience – a minimum of 1 year on similar positions within the industry
- Operating with different hand tools/machines
- Knowledge of anti-corrosive protection and painting techniques
- Understanding of chemical properties of paints and varnishes
- Adhering to safety protocols when working with chemicals
- Teamwork, Attention to detail, creativity
- Organizational and communication skills, leadership, task delegation

- Lifting platform operator
- Crane operator
- Working at height
- Certification – machine processing, use of paints and chemicals for varnishing
