Essential Job Functions:
- Arrange for all spa appointments and packages
- Act as the initial and complete source of information regarding all available spa treatments and retail goods
- Maintain a sense of order and efficiency for spa operations via proper scheduling of guest and staff appointments
- Maintain the orderliness, cleanliness and presentation of all retail items
- Be able to explain the key features of the spa and retail area
- Assist with scheduled retail inventory
- Handle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail sales
- Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest
- Assist with special projects/events as requested
- Able to work as a team with both front desk concierges and back of spa therapists
- Be upbeat and have fun!
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
- Making Spa your primary job commitment
- Typing, computer and basic math skills required
- Must attend product knowledge training
- First Aid and CPR training desired, but not necessary
- Must be proficient in sales and guest service
- Must possess good organizational skills
- Must be able to work well within a team environment
- “Can-Do” attitude a must
