- Providing regional hiking information
- Making reservations
- Renting gear
- Selling retail items
- Working and communicating directly with the Hiking director and hiking guides to ensure the guest has the best possible hiking experience possible
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong guest service skills - required
- Extensive knowledge of Beaver Creek and the surrounding Vail Valley hiking trails - required
- Strong organizational and multi tasking skills - required
- Working knowledge of Vail Resorts RPOS system and workstation operations - required
- Previous experience working at Beaver Creek Resort
- Able to work weekends and holidays - required
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs - required
- Able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment - required
- Able to speak, read, write, and understand English - required
