Beaver Creek Gate Attendant - Full Time, Summer Seasonal - Beaver Creek, CO

The drama of rock and sky, the sheer grandeur of this place, is one reason. That it is North America's World Cup mountain is another. It is also a place of intimacy. A private resort hidden from view, with the power to bring people together.

The responsibilities of the Beaver Creek Gate Attendant include, but are not limited to:

Greet and welcome all guests
Issue appropriate passes to all vehicles without passes
Ensure the Beaver Creek Resort regulations are adhered to
Dispatch duties
Answer multiple phone lines and dispatch calls as needed
Dispatch patrol to assorted calls including alarms, unlocks, and other calls
Monitor and transmit for up to two radios, handle emergencies by logging calls and dispatching information to appropriate parties Communicate with parking attendants to coordinate access to the village parking lots
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent - required
Able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - required
Clean driving record and be able to obtain Colorado Driver License by start date - required
Good guest service skills and legible handwriting - required
At least 2 years guest service experience - required
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays - required
Able to communicate with tact and professionalism - required
In-person interviews - required
Knowledge of resort and surrounding areas - highly preferred
Previous Beaver Creek Public Safety Experience - highly preferred
Dispatch experience - highly preferred
College Degree - preferred
Beaver Creek Public Safety gate attendant experience - preferred
