We are hiring a strategic, quality driven Director of Human Resources for the Vail Resorts Corporate Office located in Broomfield, CO. - Providing counsel on employee relations strategy, including investigation of issues, government programs and compliance with legal requirements, disciplinary actions, and coaching support.
- Partnering with the corporate Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations functions to effectively deliver HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborating with mountain, hospitality, retail, and corporate divisions to provide integrated HR tactics and strategy.
- Oversight over the strategic direction of the Corporate Training programs.
- 3 Direct Reports. Position reports to VP of Human Resource Operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree desired
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 6 years supervisory experience in HR department
- PHR/SPHR Preferred
- Strong employee relations experience required
- Extensive experience in leading HR in a corporate environment with regular C-Suite partnership strongly preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience in PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors preferred
- Written and Oral English Language skills, Spanish a plus
