We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self motivated individuals to assist in our high volume recruiting call center with screening candidates for entry level roles for our resorts and retail operations. The role of TAG Concierge requires strong computer and phone skills, and the ability to multitask while managing applicants through the online application and recruiting process. This is a seasonal position, with opportunity for growth and long term employment for top performers. These positions will be conveniently located between Denver and Boulder, at the Vail Resorts Corporate Headquarters in Broomfield, CO.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management includes:
    • Develop relationships with candidates, ensuring each candidate has a positive recruiting experience with our organization
    • Develop relationships with Talent Acquisition Team (Co-Workers, Leads, and Manager)
    • Assist applicants with setting up their user profiles, technical support and troubleshooting, as well as answer recruiting related questions
    • Direct applicants to open positions depending on candidate's preference and business need
  • Delivery Management includes:
    • Become a subject matter expert on all resorts, properties, retail outlet, and positions, with a focus in a particular job function
    • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess interest and qualifications of each applicant
    • Manage applicants through the applicant tracking system and recruiting process
    • Manage and organize a high volume work load while multitasking, including working on split screens
    • Responsible for managing own schedule and workload by pulling daily reports
    • Conduct oneself professionally on the phone and email
    • Ability to function under heavy pressure with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks and disperse the same information repeatedly

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer Proficiencies:
    • Microsoft Office: Outlook (including mail, folders, rules, and calendar), Word, Excel (including the ability to sort, filter, analyze, and use formulas)
  • Ability to manage and organize a high volume work load
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English via email and by phone
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Desire to spend majority of time on computer and phone
  • Comfortable in an ever changing environment with competing priorities
  • Possess professional and courteous behavior with team mates, hiring managers and applicants over the phone and via email

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish - Highly Preferred
