The Alpine Slide Specialist performs specialized work on the alpine slide track and sleds for the summer operation. This individual will function independently through repairs and requires little or no guidance in their processes. Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure attractions are mechanically sound for operational use through inspections and repair after partnering with management to communicate and review work performed.
Provide training and communication concerning best practices and methods in the maintenance and upkeep of the Slide.
Perform all tasks for which work group is responsible when needed during guest operation.

Requirements:

Knowledge and ability to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) manual excavation tools (shovel, pick, etc.) and Plastering/Slide Maintenance materials to ensure safe operation of slide through both tracks and sleds.
Effective communication skills with both guests and staff
Team player and Excellent Service Provider
Ability and willingness to perform demanding physical labor
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift at least 75lbs
Basic computer skills.
