KODE Labs is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Prishtina. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our smart building management platform, used by clients around the world. You will design intuitive and engaging interfaces that simplify complex data and workflows, helping clients easily navigate and manage their buildings. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into thoughtful, high-quality designs that elevate how our platform is used every day.WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead and execute the full design lifecycle—from initial concept and research to high-fidelity design and final handoff to engineeringTranslate product requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished design solutionsConduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisionsDevelop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across the platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product strategyPresent concepts, design rationales, and deliverables to peers, product leadership, and executive stakeholdersAdvocate for user-centered design principles and help elevate overall product quality through thoughtful UX practicesSupport product releases by providing assets, specifications, and continuous iteration based on user feedback and analyticsStay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and introduce improvements where relevantRequirements2+ years of professional experience working as a UI/UX Designer (experience designing for SaaS platforms, dashboards, or mobile apps is a strong advantage)A strong, demonstrable portfolio that highlights end-to-end design processes, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilitiesSolid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and sitemapsProficiency in Figma and other visual design as well as wire-framing toolsExperience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable UI component librariesUnderstanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid prototyping is considered a plusExperience working within an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban product development environmentStrong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability best practicesAbility to analyze product requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiencesExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearlyUp-to-date knowledge of the latest Web and Mobile UI trends, UX patterns, and emerging technologiesBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience Discretionary Bonus Program Career Development Program and opportunities to grow within the company Flexible Paid Time OffComprehensive Health Insurance Package Dynamic team and challenging projects Custom-tailored onboarding experience Welcoming and friendly work environment Social events and team activitiesJOIN THE TEAMKODE Labs is a real estate technology company founded in 2017 with a mission to change the way people, buildings, and systems operate.
