RESPONSIBILITIES: •Responsible for defect monitoring and data analysis to identify the source of defects, then notify the relevant areas to stop the tools or processes to prevent continuous impact on the product. •For unknown defect issues, collaborate across departments and identify the defect source through task force meetings. •Support defect verification during the recovery of production machines. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: •Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. •Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong communication skills to effectively share insights and ideas. •Adhere to manufacturing disciplines. •Able to speak English EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. •Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the role.
