What You Will Do\u2026
- Help to support massive, global clients and brands as they look to push the boundaries of creative deliverables and continue to be a driving force behind their success
- Lead and support a variety of integrated work streams while helping to position the brands as leaders in their categories
- Roll your sleeves up across a variety of fully integrated campaigns, leveraging your expertise across various channels of production to help drive the work forward
- Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines, business areas and regions throughout the organization, as well as agency counterparts on the Creative, Strategy and Production teams
- Build and manage relationships with team members and partner agencies that are working remotely and/or in various markets across the country
- Serve as an advocate and coach to the account team to help the day-to-day business run smoothly
Who You Will Be\u2026
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field required
- 3-4 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines
- Have agility and nimbleness in a constantly changing competitive landscape
- Ability to partner with creative and strategy leads to develop amazing creative work
