We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst that will be responsible for Analysis and overseeing the global cash position and company cash flow, promoting transparency, cash visibility, efficiency, cash concentration, and supporting treasury projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis

  • Perform analysis of global cash position, view trends, concentration and flows in order to create the foundation for global cash pooling mechanism.
  • Monitoring minimum cash position in countries. Reviewing and adjusting such levels in order to optimize subsidiaries cash usage and transfers to HO.
  • Categorizing actual cash transactions globally based on HO guidelines
  • Direct interaction with subsidiaries and regions in order to understand their cash flow needs and cash transfers to HO
  • Daily management of the HO actual cash flow includes continuous work interfaces between subsidiaries and head office units, including risk analysis
  • Daily analysis Cash view in in TMS system
  • Preparation of short and long-term cash flow forecast, considering several scenarios. Analyze and compare between versions. Including ongoing communication with Budget division, Comptroller unit, Finance and Banking departments etc.
  • Assisting in quarterly closing process including preparation of presentations to the management
  • Propose solutions and action plans to problems and challenges, conduct risk assessments as needed.

Support Treasury future projects (Cash flow forecast and Cash pooling)

  • Support project planning and management, including plan, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.

Payment process backup and support

  • Preparing payment runs, bank transfers
  • Monitoring weekly payment plan Vs available cash

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations (SOX) and internal controls

Requirements

As our Treasury Analyst you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelors in economics/ business management/ Accounting
  • Past record as analyst in a global company (1-2 years)
  • Proven experience in data analysis
  • High level of control in Office tools, Excel and Power point in particular.
  • Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in a financial or treasury environment
  • Systems oriented and Strong interest in AI-driven solutions
  • High level of English language (Speaking, reading and writing). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • SAP experience – advantage
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Past experienced with cash flow preparation – advantage
  • People oriented. Motivate people

Divisional Financial Analyst InternSupport finance business partners in delivery of monthly financial reporting & analysis to leadership.Assist with development of business insights that will support profitable decision making and improvements across division.Actively participate in cross-functional projects, providing relevant feedback & sharing best practices.Manage review of various master data or financial database projects.2. Pricing and Commercial Finance InternAnalyze pricing, margin, and profitability trends to support commercial decision-making.Assist with financial modeling and business case development for pricing and growth initiatives.Partner with sales and finance teams to evaluate opportunities and business performance.Prepare reports and insights that support strategic decisions and value creation.3. Corporate FP&A InternSupport financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.Analyze business performance and key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.Assist in preparing presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership.Develop insights and reporting tools that support financial decision-making.4. Supply Chain Finance Intern Prepare detailed financial analysis to support supply chain operations, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecastingPresent financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior managementAnalyze income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet results as well as large data setsAnalyze plant and product level financials to communicate key stories to the businessPartner with the business to solve issues in operations, procurement, and logisticsSupport business partners in decision making by properly utilizing the Decision-Making Framework5. Regional Finance InternSupport month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely results. Analyze financial data and accounting transactions to identify trends, investigate variances, and support business decision-making. Assist with internal controls, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives across the finance organization. Partner with accounting and finance teams on special projects focused on reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.6. Risk Analyst InternComplete credit reviews for the purpose of determining appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing customers across Molex’s global customer base.Manage and maintain credit risk exposures of assigned customer base.Provide commercial teams with transparency to portfolio performance and risks to help drive profitable decisions.Complete ad hoc data maintenance projects to ensure accurate reporting to Molex leadership and Koch IndustriesIdentify opportunities for improvement and experiment with technology to optimize Risk procedures.7. Treasury Analyst InternSupport cash management, liquidity forecasting, and treasury reporting activities.Analyze banking, debt, and foreign exchange data to support treasury operations.Assist with process improvement initiatives and treasury-related projects.Prepare financial analyses and presentations for treasury and finance leadership.8. Financial Systems Transformation InternSupport initiatives focused on improving finance systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.Assist with system testing, data validation, and documentation for transformation projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.Help develop reporting tools and dashboards that enhance financial visibility and efficiency.9. Global Process Owner InternSupport key finance processes including fixed assets, costing, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Assist with finance transformation initiatives by coordinating business requests, evaluating opportunities, and supporting project prioritization. Analyze data and develop insights to support process improvements, performance metrics, and informed decision-making. Contribute to policy, controls, and compliance efforts through reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.10. Global Sales and Marketing InternSupport process refinement efforts, including enhancements to existing financial modelsAssist with process documentation and capture for improved efficiency and knowledge sharingPrepare reports and develop reporting capabilities to support business insightsConduct ad hoc financial and business analysis as neededPerform data modeling to support decision-making and strategic planningContribute to market, revenue, and productivity analysis projects, including pending initiativesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications) Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.Available to work full-time throughout the 12-week Summer 2027 internship.Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. What Will Put You Ahead Experience with data analytics, reporting, or process automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar technologies. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. Initiative, intellectual curiosity, effective communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
