What You’ll Do as a Crew Leader:Lead a team of tower technicians through hands-on site work and day-to-day executionRun pre-job meetings, assign tasks, and ensure every project hits deadlines safelyTrain and mentor technicians while maintaining safety, quality, and productivityPerform and oversee climbs, installs, tests (PIM/Sweep), and closeout documentationComplete administrative tasks: timesheets, daily logs, material lists, and reportsManage and maintain all company gear, vehicles, and toolsReview performance and coach team members for growthInvestigate incidents and implement corrective safety actions Requirements Who We’re Looking For:3-5+ years of tower experience, with proven crew leadershipStrong technical background with carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, DISH)OSHA 30, NWSA TT1/TT2, and Comtrain certifications requiredExperience using PIM, Anritsu, OTDR, and alignment/test toolsClear understanding of SOWs, construction drawings, and safety protocolsExcellent communication and team management skillsCDL preferred; must have valid driver’s license and clean MVRWilling to travel 4–6 weeks at a time across the regionPay & PerksPay Range - $25–$35/hrEst.
