We're known for high standards in safety, quality, and customer service.POSITION SUMMARYThe Tower Technician is responsible for installing, upgrading, and maintaining wireless communications infrastructure on cell sites and towers. This role is physically demanding and safety/quality-critical, requiring technical skills, discipline, and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Install, upgrade, and maintain wireless systems on towers, rooftops, and polesRead and interpret scopes of work, structural analysis, and construction drawingsParticipate in safety meetings, job planning, and reportingIdentify and mitigate on-site safety hazardsEnsure all work meets project quality standards and timelinesUse testing tools (e.g., PIM, Anritsu, OTDR) for troubleshooting and integrationComplete daily reports, timecards, expenses, and close-out documentationMaintain company equipment, tools, and vehiclesSupport accident/incident reporting and corrective actionsWhat We Offer:Paid short-term & long-term disability and life insuranceHealth & dental insurance contributionsVacation program: 1 week in year one, increases with tenure$45/day per diem when travelingShared hotel accommodations for travel assignmentsBonus & referral programsCareer development & advancement opportunities Requirements Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of experience as a tower technicianProficient with hand/power tools and antenna alignment toolsCertified in OSHA 10, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, Comtrain (or equivalent), NWSA TT1 or TT2Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAble to travel for extended periods (3–6 weeks at a time)Use of PPE, full climbing gear, boots, and basic hand toolsStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic computer literacy for time tracking and reporting, including GPS enabled time-card systemPreferred Requirements:Experience with all major carriers (AT&T, Verizon.
