Thermal Sensor/DLVR Design Engineer
Responsibilities: Designs, tape-out, and characterization of Thermal Sensor or DLVR (Digital Linear Voltage Regulator) in Advanced Technology or 3D IC Requirements: Education: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, or related (Applied Physics, for example) Effective communication in English, written and oral Must have at least 3 years of experiences on related analog circuit designs With hands-on experiences from circuit designs to silicon characterization Familiarity with basics of semiconductor devices, and manufacturing processes All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
