Working within the engineering research and development are and specifically across vehicle programs Strong focus on mid to long term business and product plans Working in a start-up environment at quick pace with quick turnaround and decisions Working in a team environment and possibly with external contractors and suppliers Leading and building a skilled technical team to support current and future Vinfast programs Manage technical deliverables, planning, reporting on progress and providing expert knowledge in the area of EV Powertrain systems EV complete vehicle thermal system calibration (PWT thermal and Climate control) Validate for all products Thermal Calibration meets the specification requirements or targets, and sign-off process for each supplier delivery Define requirements and manage new feature Requirements8+ years Experience in Automotive Development in the area of EV Powertrain systems and cooling system Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Automotive Engineering) Vehicle Testing and calibration background PWT engineering development: Thermal system, Vehicle comfort/Climate control, Electric Drive System, High Voltage Components, High Voltage Battery VCU, CCU Calibration background Automotive development processes Driven to delivering high quality projects, on time and budget, beyond customer expectations Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships Autonomy, Organization and Rigor to Perform repeatable and accurate tests and reports Good problem solving skills in areas outside expertise Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier Demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ability to deal with high pressure situations using a logical data driven approach Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills Experience in authoring timing plans, management of deliverables tracking, program status INCA/MDA/CANalyzer and MATLAB Simulink Driving license mandatory
