Requirements:
Proven experience leading testing as a Test Manager or Test Lead, including ownership of the test strategy and test plan on at least one project
Hands-on experience in planning and implementing test automation
Working knowledge of C, C++ or Python in embedded environments
Experience coordinating the work of a testing team approx. 5 people
Confident, assertive communication and the resilience to work effectively in demanding environments
Analytical mindset, initiative and a drive to improve existing processes
Fluent English
Polish citizenship (required by law for access to classified information at the Secret / Tajne level)
A valid security clearance up to NATO Secret / Tajne, or willingness to undergo the clearance procedure and the checks required for work on defence technologies [supported by Spyrosoft]
Availability to work on-site in our Wrocław office under a Contract of Employment
Nice to Have:
ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or an equivalent certification
Experience in the defence, security or public administration sectors
Knowledge of NATO standards, including STANAG
Experience with requirements traceability and formal verification & validation (V&V) processes
Experience testing safety- or quality-critical systems in regulated environments
Project Description:
We are looking for a Test Manager to take ownership of quality assurance for embedded systems developed for the defence domain. You will define the test strategy, author and maintain the test plans, direct test execution and automation, and report on quality to project stakeholders. Your decisions will directly shape the reliability of systems built to demanding industry and NATO standards.
Form of cooperation: employment contract, full-time
Place of work: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
Define and maintain the test strategy and master test plan
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases and test results
Lead and coordinate the testing team of 3 people
Plan, design and implement automated tests for embedded systems
Report on test progress, results and quality risks to stakeholders
Continuously improve and optimise testing processes
