## Description This leader will be responsible for collaborating on the design, process and execution of the end to end internal customer experience, as well as the technology, strategy, and ongoing engagement for the Outline Management and Artwork Compliance teams of Enterprise Data Management. The position will function across various ELC business and functional teams. This position will amalgamate the leadership roles of the OLM and AWC functions to create a high degree of synergy between the teams and functions, continue to identify areas and tasks of cooperative action and goal, and create a continuous improvement path to the broader aspect of OLM and AWC integration. This includes:⁃ Supporting the development of the Customer Experience in all aspects of the OLM and AWC function and offerings.⁃ Defining and enhancing OLM and AWC system applications for efficiency and service and influence the engagement and alignment of executive sponsors.⁃ This leader will support a combination of on site (ELC) and off site Third Party Provider (TPP) team members engaged in the advancement of OLM and AWC service, dedication, and efficiency of our function⁃ This position will be the first line of communication for OLM and AWC business flow challenges⁃ The leadership position will play a key role in the future design of our business practices, rules, procedures, enhanced services, and scope, ⁃ This position will cooperate in the evaluation of tasks to be in⁃ scope at the TPP or at ELC and as well as the identification of support required⁃ As a leader, this position will have a critical role in the design and socialization of the inter⁃ department process flow communication and exchange of information.⁃ Work with key business functional teams to ensure that ELC Packaging outlines and in⁃ scope Artwork are compliant with our internal systems of record, regulatory expectations, and properly set and communicate the final critical need.⁃ Perform periodic review of TPP Performance, SLA's, and process changes ## Qualifications ⁃ 4 years of related experience⁃ College/ University degree recommended⁃ Strong leader with excellent management and development skills⁃ Excellent team player with strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills⁃ Excellent follow up and organizational skills⁃ Ability to multi⁃ task, establish priorities and yet be flexible in an ever⁃ changing environment⁃ Ability to use computer systems necessary to meet department objectives including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Additional internal system requirements of PDS, SupplierNet, GCS, TLM, SAP and Teamcenter.⁃ Creative thinker able to bring new ideas to the table to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy⁃ Ability to engage and unite team in mission and goals⁃ Organizational skills to lead and create special project teams to achieve a desired company goal⁃ Project Team and Leadership Skills to drive business, process, system enhancements Demonstration of leadership ability⁃ Ability to define roles and design process in a local and extended cross functional team and environment⁃ Recognition and appreciation of budget and spending efforts
