Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tenders and Grants Application Specialist to identify, prepare, coordinate, and submit high-quality tender, bid, and grant applications. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, competitive, and delivered within strict deadlines.Key Responsibilities Research and identify relevant government, private, and public-sector tender and grant opportunities. Review tender documentation, grant guidelines, and eligibility requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and supporting documents. Prepare compelling, accurate, and compliant tender responses and grant applications. Develop project plans and submission timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Write, edit, and proofread application content to a high professional standard. Maintain a library of company capability statements, policies, certifications, case studies, and supporting documentation. Liaise with clients, funding bodies, government agencies, and procurement officers when required. Ensure all submissions comply with procurement regulations and grant requirements. Track submitted applications and maintain records of outcomes, feedback, and reporting requirements. Monitor upcoming opportunities and maintain a tender and grants pipeline. Assist with post-award documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations. Continuously improve submission processes and documentation. Essential Skills & Experience Experience preparing tenders, bids, grant applications, or procurement submissions. Excellent written English with strong business writing skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong research and analytical abilities. Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Highly organized with strong document management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to interpret complex tender documentation and funding guidelines. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. Experience with Australian Government tender portals (e.g., AusTender), state procurement portals, or grant funding platforms. Experience using CRM, document management systems, or procurement software. Understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
