This role supports mission-critical emergency communications integration between VMOD systems, DISA VISP, and Army PSAP environments.THIS ROLE REQUIRES ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCEExperience : Key Competencies : 10+ years telecommunications engineering experience 5+ years VoIP / SIP engineeringExperience with:Ribbon Communications / Sonus / GenbandSession Border ControllersSIP signaling and interconnectsE-911 or PSAP integrationActive Secret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT or equivalent experienceRequired tools/systems/platforms/protocols/processes mastery : Ribbon Communications / Sonus / Genband + Session Border Controllers (Admin level)-> Gateway/SBC deployment, configuration, SIP interconnects, policy routing and operational troubleshooting for Federal Edge environments.
