Description & Requirements Is this your next challenge? The challenge is to: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of individual projects within the program portfolio. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements. Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of tech solution towards fulfilling the business objectives Manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor project performance, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions. Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Conduct Regular Project Meetings and Steering Committee meetings Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Senior Management/Steering Committee Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter, project plans, status reports and operational checklists Do you have experience in Technology Service? • Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of relevant retail IT support or service management experience, with hands-on knowledge in enterprise support environments. • Solid understanding of change management, incident management, and vendor management • Experience in IT support, system administration, networking, and end-user support operations. • Strong communication, problem-solving with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). • Experience communicating effectively with C-level executives, ensuring technical information is conveyed clearly and professionally. • Patient and approachable when assisting non-technical users. • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. • Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.
