Job description

Participate in meetings with customers and partners to understand business needs and industry-specific scenarios, applying structured thinking to define requirements and constraints to drive business value. Map and analyse customer business processes, identifying friction and value leakage, and designing target-state processes. You will treat process and technology as one design problem, not two. Participate in design led thinking workshops and brainstorming to identify new solutions, patterns and ways of working. Understand the change impact on the people affected by the new processes and technology, and actively help shape and enable the change strategy for a successful adoption of the transformation partnering with customer leaders to design. Implement innovative AI solutions whilst applying a security-first mindset throughout. Work fluently alongside AI and agents — using AI-generated signal to inform your work, helping to co-build solution components, and applying human judgement to interpret the signal and know its limits. Develop knowledge of intellectual property (IP), leverage it to complete tasks, and contribute to its development with guidance; flag gaps and content that needs refreshing. Seek to understand relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders, and contribute to the drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Build your readiness — learn new technologies and services, deepen your understanding of security considerations, and obtain relevant accreditations and certifications as advised by the domain leadership team. For this early-career role we recruit primarily for disposition — the capabilities that are hardest to train: Excellent listening — hearing the need behind the stated ask. Great communication and storytelling skills - ability to land your points with clarity, and adapt to different audiences. Executive presence early - Comfortable being the youngest voice in a room of senior leaders. AI-native - You don't just consume AI news; you build and experiment with it. A healthy AI posture — neither evangelist nor refuser; uses the signal and questions it appropriately, and instinctively protects the person on the other side of the data. Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn continuously. A genuine instinct for building trust and strong relationships. Sense of autonomy and velocity. You operate with urgency and close loops without being chased. Curiosity and a growth mindset, with enough technical confidence to co-build and keep learning. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field, AND/OR equivalent experience. Must be legally authorised to work in the location where this role is based - Ireland (Legally authorised = you hold citizenship or have been granted a valid visa or work permit.) Fluency in English (spoken and written) Must have fluency in German, French OR Spanish (spoken and written) 6+ months work experience in a relevant area of business. Technical certification(s) based on domain / service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics). Delivery management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management). Demonstrated fluency in working with AI tools — using the signal and knowing its limits.
