You define requirements, analyze complex processes to implement effective solutions You develop and prioritise change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them. You act as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with technology/business strategy. You contribute to the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and project execution. You work with Product Owners and scrum team members to drive requirements (user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy). APPLY FOR THIS JOB Your skills You are eager to build a career in Financial Services whether as a Subject Matter Expert or in a leading role It’s big plus to have previous working experience at Bank, Insurance Company, FMI (Financial Market Infrastructure) or Consultant You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have an entrepreneurial mindset It’s a plus to have previous experience in technology delivery, digital transformation or IT advisory Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Python, R or equivalent data programming languages is a strong asset You have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
