As our Technical Recruiter, you'll help grow our engineering organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring talented individuals who are excited to solve complex problems in robotics and AI.You'll partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process while creating an outstanding experience for every candidate.Own Technical RecruitingManage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions across robotics, software, AI/ML, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, embedded systems, manufacturing, and operations.Be a strong trusted business partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for each role.Source and engage exceptional passive candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques.Coordinate screening interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure an efficient hiring process from application through offer.Help close top talent by delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.Build Strong Talent PipelinesDevelop pipelines of high-quality engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.Build relationships with candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.Attend recruiting events, university career fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruiting effectiveness.Talent OperationsBuild out strong and seamless talent operations, workflows, processes that keep managers at the center. Build out talent programs such as intern recruitment, employer branding, and Increase candidate attraction, diversity, and retention metricsEstablish Talent workflows that enable smooth pipeline movementEstablish Talent metrics that matter that can be shared across the organization Partner Across the BusinessWork closely with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure a consistent and structured interview process.Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress.Help improve recruiting processes, documentation, and candidate experience as the company grows.Partner with People Operations to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.What you will need:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical recruiting.Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles in a fast-paced environment.Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.A collaborative mindset and passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.Bonus if you have experience with:Recruiting for robotics, AI, autonomous systems, or hardware engineering teams.Startup or high-growth technology companies.Kula or other ATS platforms.Employer branding or recruiting events.University recruiting and internship programs.Data-driven recruiting and recruiting analytics.Other things to know:This is a 100% in-person role based in our El Segundo headquarters.You'll work alongside engineering leaders and the People team to help build the talented, collaborative team that's driving Shinkei's mission forward.
