Description Role Title: Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2) - Microwave transmissionDepartment: Global SupportSubdepartment: Global Customer SupportReporting line: Customer Support ManagerContract type: PermanentLocation: Bucharest, RomaniaWay of working: Hybrid 2 days in officeWhat you'll be responsible for?As a Technical Support Engineer you will have the following responsibilities:Follow support process/cases through CRM systemWork in a fully equipped lab environment to reproduce field issues and for self-trainingAnalyze and debug system performance from collected data to identify point of failure.Act proactively to prevent issues from happening by providing suggestions and advice to customerSupport Ceragon engineers in the regionsHandle most complex and difficult cases and deliver the solutions to customersFollow up product development/changes with close cooperation with Tier-3 expert team.Direct interaction with Ceragon Certified customer’s resources for higher complexity support requirementsDocument resolutions for reported issues for further training purposes through creating knowledge itemsWhy should you join?By joining our team, you will enrich your experience and work closely with high-end technologies and have global interaction with hi-tech professionals worldwide.
