Drive operational coordination and task management across MSTIC analysis teams. Scope and communicate requirements to analysts to enable effective threat analysis. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, and databases.Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, and metrics to measure workload, performance, customer demand, and business impact.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to create partnerships while understanding impact, satisfaction, and overall feedback. Support operational readiness through process documentation and SOP development. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). 2+ years of broad experience in cyber security or intelligence Demonstrable knowledge and experience with business management systems (Azure Dev Ops, Dynamics 365) and data analysis systems (Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, Kusto Query Language, Tableau, Grafana, etc.). Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and business information, create clarity across diverse groups, and drive alignment toward a common objective. Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with analysts, engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile and rapidly evolving environment. Willingness to learn new approaches to work (with new systems, AI, processes, etc.)
