Job description
Design, develop and deploy OSS systems and complex technical solutions aligned with business needs and strategic objectives. Analyse stakeholder requirements and produce solution designs for system enhancements and custom developments. Coordinate software and hardware implementation activities across the solution lifecycle. Deploy solutions on infrastructure platforms and integrate them into the wider OSS architecture.Lead end-to-end testing activities and ensure a smooth transition into operational support. Manage the complete lifecycle of systems and services within the area of responsibility.Identify opportunities for system harmonisation, consolidation and technical synergies, providing recommendations for improvement.Select, coordinate and govern external suppliers during design, development and implementation phases. Ensure effective supplier performance management and alignment with agreed deliverables. Translate business demands into technical requirements and assess technical feasibility. Collaborate with Design Authorities and Group Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance with architectural and security standards. Prepare and maintain requirement specifications, RFQ documentation, solution designs, test cases and project documentation.Participate in regional and cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multinational and multidisciplinary teams.Support the development and evolution of architectural frameworks, standards and engineering guidelines. University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. At least 5 years of professional experience within Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related field.Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS architectures and associated technology ecosystems. Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions such as SailPoint and Oracle IAM.Experience with remote vendor and user access technologies including Citrix, ZTNA and related platforms. Knowledge of security technologies and solutions used for hardening, vulnerability management and threat protection, such as SIEM, EDR, MFA, antivirus and Tripwire. Good understanding of Security, Privileged User Access Management and Identity Access Management principles. Experience working with project and process management methodologies such as PRINCE2.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work effectively within multicultural, multinational and virtual teams.Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
