Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting technical coordination, reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards, and assisting project teams in resolving technical and design-related issues throughout the construction lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:-Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and constructability.-Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and material submit.-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding technical matters.-Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.-Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.-Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration when required.-Monitor project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed within deadlines.-Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related technical information.Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.-Proven experience in technical engineering within the construction industry.-Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and coordination processes.-Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit/BIM workflows is preferred.-Good communication and coordination skills.-UAE project experience is mandatory.BenefitsAttractive Salary+ BenefitsBlack & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE.
