Tech Lead - Front End (ReactJS/React Native)

They are looking for a Tech Lead - Front End (ReactJS/React Native) to welcome to their team with the below requirements.Responsibilities:Work with business partners to understand the business context and craft best-in-class solutions to their toughest problemsProvide hands-on technical leadership in all aspects of software engineering design and implementations including data engineeringLead, design, and develop automation to optimize data platform compute and storage resourcesEvaluate and make recommendations on new technologies, tools and guide the teamon up-to-dote technologies, standards, and practicesContribute to the internal knowledge base to build expertise and awareness within the organizationAssist in our recruiting and interviewing processParticipate in developing projects plan, timelines and providing estimatesTranslate application storyboards and use cases into functional applicationsLeverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platformsReach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes-React Native moves fast and often breaks thingsTransition existing React web apps to React NativeCoach and mentor junior developersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines5+ years of experience with front-end development and mobile development (Android and iOS) using ReactjS or React NativeExperience with mobile application deployment using CI/CD processFirm grasp of the javascript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntaxExperience in javascript frameworks such as Angular, jQuery, Vue.js, Ember.js, etcKnowledge of object-oriented programmingExpert knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and DOM manipulationExperience with Bootstrap or Material UIExperience with Node.js is an added advantageGood understanding of UX with A/B and multivariate experiments/testingExperience in AJAX, JSON, XML, and WebSocketHands-on exposure in working with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure would be an added advantageRock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflictsFamiliarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntellijUnderstanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storageUnderstanding of GraphQLUnderstanding of SEO frameworks, best practices, and site optimizationExperiences with automated testing suites, like jest or MochaProficient understanding of GitExperience in scrum-based software development, LIRA, and CI/CDProven ability to broadly influence leadership in the organizationExperience working in highly agile, startup product development environmentsExcellent interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills (both verbal and written)Demonstrated negotiation skills, utilizes experience and knowledge to persuade others in reaching desired outcomesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with remote teamsInterested: Please send your CV and motivation to [email protected].
