We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead (.NET + React) who can lead a pod of 4–5 engineers while actively contributing to production code. This is not a pure solutioning or managerial role, where you will be expected to design, build, review, and deliver features across backend and frontend, while acting as a technical anchor for client engagements.
