Job Title: Tech Lead AI and ML Engineer

We at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead AI and ML Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;
- Improve and Abstract current functionalities into reusable Libraries;
- Develop solution components in partnership with the Data team;
- Participate in technical discussions with customer operations and Data team;
- Follow Agile processes and participate actively in all development phases, fostering a culture of collaboration;
- Lead a team of highly skilled developers into building cutting edge AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Python libraries for machine learning (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit learn, PyTorch);
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning;
- Experience with NLP (NLTK, tokenization, feature extraction, embeddings);
- Experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, few shot learning, LiteLLM API + AWS Bedrock);
- Experience with AWS Cloud (S3, Lambda, IAM, EC2, RDS, Cloudwatch, Bedrock, EKS);
- Experience with Distributed Systems;
- Experience with API implementation in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, HTTP exceptions management);
- Experience in Leading Software Development Teams;
- Git version control;
- Linux environment;
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks;
- Experience working with machine learning models in production;
- Software development expertise in general (unit test implementation, code review, clean code implementation, version control, etc);
- Experience in using GenAI in the software development lifecycle;
- Experience with ML models management (ex. MLFlow).
Preferred Skills:
- API Gateway concepts;
- AWS Bedrock experience;
- Creating Python Libraries;
- Experience with Data Science;
- Experience with MLOps.
