Our client is hiring a Architectural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely project executionResponsibilities :-Manage architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams. -Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.-Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and project management teams.-Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittal.-Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.-Support BIM coordination, clash resolution, and construct ability reviews.-Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issuesRequirementsRequirements:-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. -7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leader-Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.-Proficiency in: Revit, Autodesk-Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skillBenefits- Attractive salary and BenefitsBlack & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East.
