For ourFamily Office & Private Clientteam in theMilanoffice, we are seeking a professional who will be responsible for:

• Analyzing issues related to direct and indirect taxation, both domestic and international, and providing ongoing consultancy for Private Clients, both resident and non-resident in Italy;
• Tax compliance, including the preparation and review of the Italian tax return for the same clients;
• Conducting complex research on doctrine, case law, and practices regarding specific cases and issues presented by Clients, primarily concerning international taxation and the management of individual or family wealth;
• Managing relationships with the Revenue Agency;
• Managing relationships with colleagues from KPMG offices worldwide.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• Master’s degree in business (LM-56 and LM-77) or Law (LMG-01);
• Qualification to practice as a lawyer or chartered accountant, or willingness to obtain such qualifications.
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Flexible and dynamic approach.

A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.

Per il nostro teamFamily Office & Private Clientpresso l’ufficio diMilano, siamo alla ricerca di un professionista che sarà responsabile di:

• Analizzare tematiche relative alla fiscalità diretta e indiretta, sia nazionale che internazionale, e fornire consulenza continuativa a Clienti Privati, residenti e non residenti in Italia;
• Gestire la compliance fiscale, inclusa la predisposizione e revisione della dichiarazione dei redditi italiana per i medesimi clienti;
• Condurre ricerche complesse su dottrina, giurisprudenza e prassi in relazione a casi e problematiche specifiche presentate dai Clienti, principalmente in ambito di fiscalità internazionale e gestione del patrimonio individuale o familiare;
• Gestire i rapporti con l’Agenzia delle Entrate;
• Gestire i rapporti con i colleghi degli uffici KPMG nel mondo.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

Questa è l’opportunità perfetta per te se hai:

• Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche (LM-56 o LM-77) o giuridiche (LMG-01);
• Abilitazione o volontà di intraprendere la pratica professionale come dottore commercialista e/o avvocato;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
• Spiccate capacità organizzative, spirito d’iniziativa e problem solving;
• Approccio flessibile e dinamico.

Sarà considerato un plus un Master di II livello in Diritto Tributario.
