Description Join Onyx Security and help build the control plane for autonomous AI in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Onyx is building the control layer that enables enterprises to safely adopt and scale AI agents across the organization, with the visibility, governance, and operational control needed to understand what agents exist, what they do, how they behave, and what risks they introduce.About the roleOnyx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale a high-talent team in our US site. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. What you will doPartner with leaders to define hiring needs, role calibration, and interview processes.Build pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and employer brand efforts.Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.Improve hiring operations, reporting, and candidate experience.Help shape recruiting strategy as the company scales.
