organizational IT policies.Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications ➤ 2–4 years of experience in Linux Administration or Linux Desktop Support.➤ Strong hands-on experience with Linux OS troubleshooting (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).➤ Good knowledge of Linux file systems, permissions, processes, and services.➤ Proficiency with common Linux commands and shell operations.➤ Experience with OS patching, package management, and software installations.➤ Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN).➤ Exposure to Ansible or similar automation/configuration management tools.➤ Experience installing and supporting open-source software.➤ Ability to handle multiple user issues in a fast-paced environment.➤ Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.➤ Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and best practices.Preferred / Nice to Have➤ Experience supporting large-scale user environments with 300+ endpoints.➤ Familiarity with IT asset
