Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activitiesDevelop and manage maintenance work orders using a CMMS, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and closureAnalyze maintenance data to generate reports, KPIs, and performance dashboardsPrepare maintenance schedules, weekly and monthly plans, and resource forecastsUse Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintenance performance trackingCoordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasksMonitor equipment history, maintenance trends, and failure data to support continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reportsSupport inventory and spare parts management by identifying material requirements and coordinating availabilityEnsure maintenance planning aligns with safety, quality, and operational standardsWork independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlinesRequirementsDiploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance roleExcellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reportingProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIsStrong planning, scheduling, and organizational skillsGood understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices – preferred with maintenance experienceStrong English written and speakingStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBasic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantageAbility to work independently and under minimal supervision
