As part of Emirates Airline’s continued growth, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our Flight Training department in non-flying, groundbased role as Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI). This position is responsible for delivering training using Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and conducting ground school instruction in accordance with GCAA regulations and Emirates’ standards. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Conduct FSTD type rating, recurrent training, recency training and ground school in line with the company requirements. Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system. Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards. Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods. Contribute to ad hoc projects, course development, and other training-related initiatives.
