The Role
Swatch is opening a new store this June in Melbourne's Fashion Capital, Chadstone Shopping Centre! As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
We have two permanent part-time opportunities available, 30 hours per week or 23 hours per week. Including weekends and some late night trade.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
- Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
- Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch Guidelines
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
- Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training
- Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
