- Ensuring the safe use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance; enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Monitoring team member activities and output according to specifications.
- Identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements; submitting reports on performance and progress.
What your background should look like
Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience;
Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
