The Opportunity:

Sunoco LP is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist with expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role is responsible for identity lifecycle operations, access troubleshooting, governance processes, and enterprise IAM initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform identity lifecycle tasks in Active Directory, including provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, and mailbox administration
• Troubleshoot access issues across file systems, applications, and authentication workflows
• Maintain IAM standards, documentation, and operational procedures
• Support identity governance processes and user self\u2011service access tools
• Participate in AD migrations, domain consolidation, and IAM modernization efforts
• Provide on\u2011call support for critical identity services

Education:

• Bachelor\u2019s degree, or equivalent experience

Requirements:

• 3\u20135 years of experience in access management or IAM
• At least 2 years in a formal IT environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast\u2011paced environment with shifting priorities
• Firm understanding of Active Directory structure, function, and IAM principles
