To ensure the integrity and reliability of the stock/inventory module within the company for all Airports and associated marine terminals across the region where Avgas and Jet sales are in scope.

To ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock movement, receipts, adjustments, and physical balances across all SOL AVIATION locations.

To monitor on a daily basis the cost of sales of in tank fuel being used

To monitor daily the performance of any engaged fuel risk management programs

To support Aviation Technical Managers (ATM) in operational performance matters (i.e. Budget execution, Opex, Capex, Airport profiles).

Accountabilities:

Stock Control & Monitoring:

\u2022 Ensure that all inventory movements are authorized and properly recorded

\u2022 Monitor and liaise with markets on the timeliness and accuracy of daily inputting of physical dips into all data management systems

\u2022 Review stock discrepancies daily and follow up with markets on the timely resolution of extraordinary variances

\u2022 Monitor the timeliness of the monthly variance posting

\u2022 Input movements, purchase orders, receipts and adjustments into GP as may be required

\u2022 Ensure the accurate inputting of stock movement data from non-Sol managed locations e.g. Joint Operations (JO) into GP system

\u2022 Manage the monthly fuel requests for Antigua

\u2022 Maintain records of third party lifting and reconcile as required by operating procedures

\u2022 Ensures inventory is held at acceptable levels and stock-out dates (SOD) are accurately forecasted on the stock advice sent three times per week to the relevant parties (i.e Ops, Sales, Supply)

\u2022 Liaise with the Supply Department to obtain the schedule and BL documentation of all jet fuel cargoes/vessels involved

\u2022 Share monthly forecasts sent by the Sales team

\u2022 Send weekly sales forecasts to the marine terminal operations team

\u2022 Ensure ISO Tank supplied locations are properly managed from scheduling, to ordering, and to final receipt and related payments.

\u2022 Assist in supplier relationship management

\u2022 Develop and maintain tools pertinent to manage stock costs and layers of costs in support of BL Pricing methodology

\u2022 Coordinate and manage the yearend auditing process in all aviation locations

Financial/Business Monitoring & Compliance Assurance

\u2022 Confirm accuracy and ensure timely payment of product supplier invoices in Non-operated JOs

\u2022 Provide trend analysis on fuel acquisition cost (cost of sales) by location

\u2022 Assist when required with providing fuel unit inputs on annual budget

\u2022 Assist when required with the analysis of business cases for new market entries (NME)

\u2022 Monitor and evaluate when required the Supply and Distribution economics associated with Sol Aviation operations

Qualification Requirements:

A University degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics or Business Administration.

Fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish and or French would be an asset.
