Team Summary

A unique opportunity exists to join Visa and the INSA (India and South Asia) cluster, one of Asia Pacific's, and the world's, fastest growing commerce and digital payments ecosystems. Strong economic growth, rapid social and demographic change, proactive payments regulation and rapid acceleration of digital commerce make these markets some of the most exciting in the world.

The Strategy and Business Transformation function plays a key role in shaping Visa’s medium and long-term strategy in the markets, solving country-specific opportunities and challenges, in partnership with executives and business leaders across Visa’s organization. Initiatives would include but not be limited to market strategy, product strategy, multi-year planning, and organic / inorganic growth opportunities. The team is responsible for developing thought leadership and capturing emerging trends in the payments industry, cross pollinating best from INSA to the world and vice versa.

The team also supports cross-functional teams in executing that strategy and ensures successful ongoing business operations. The team partners with corporate functions within Visa to develop and enhance best

practices leveraging the full suite of expertise that the business requires, such as Marketing, Legal, Finance, Technology, Risk, People, Client Services and Communications.

As part of this function, the AI Transformation Anchor will serve as the catalyst for driving AI-led transformation across the INSA cluster. This role will work closely with various teams to identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations, strategic decision-making, and

organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

Senior Manager, AI Transformation Anchor plays an instrumental role in driving AI-powered transformation across the INSA cluster. Specific responsibilities include:

AI Strategy & Transformation Leadership

• Drive AI-powered initiatives across the INSA cluster, serving as the primary anchor for all AI transformation

efforts

• Lead from the front to champion AI adoption and transformation across the organization, building AI

literacy and capability across teams

• Identify and prioritize high-impact areas for AI intervention, including intelligent dashboarding, deal

structuring, campaign and product launch metrics, and outcome tracking

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with various teams across the cluster to enable AI-led transformation in their respective functions

• Collaborate closely with Data Science and Technology teams to design and build intelligent dashboards and analytical solutions

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline data flows for enhanced decision-making Performance Management & OKR Alignment

• Lead efforts to link outcomes and execution metrics to organizational OKRs, ensuring sharper focus and

accountability

• Develop frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, product launch performance, and deal outcomes through AI-enabled analytics

• Create integrated views that connect disparate data sources to provide holistic insights for leadership for Strategic Problem-Solving & Insights

• Structure and solve business problems leveraging AI and advanced analytics, collaborating with internal stakeholders to make data-driven recommendations

• Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support strategic recommendations

• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years+ experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation roles with a strong

focus on AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation

• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML concepts, tools, and their practical applications in business contexts

• Experience in identifying AI use cases, scoping solutions, and driving implementation in partnership with

technical teams

• Proven ability to work with Data Science and Technology teams to translate business requirements into

analytical solutions

• Strong understanding of dashboarding, data visualization, and performance tracking frameworks

• Self-starter, team-oriented, collaborative, with ability to work on complex cross-enterprise projects with

multiple stakeholders at all levels

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor and attention to detail

• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities• Complete team player, able to work across cultures, upholds and promotes highest ethical standards and

mutual respect in the workplace
