Job description

As part of the Education, Research and Core (ERC) Partnerships organization, we drive collaborations across the innovation arc—from early-stage research to scale—to solve fundamental technology challenges using AI. Within this organization, the Core AI Partnerships team focuses on enabling safe, frictionless sign-in and agentic experiences across first- and third-party platforms, unlocking personalized user journeys, and mitigating emerging AI privacy, safety, and security risks.
As a Strategic Partner Development Manager for Core Product Area (PA), you will gain exposure to the fundamentals of business development/partnerships and broad engagement with horizontally enabling security/safety/privacy technologies across the Core and PSS business. You will own partnerships and ecosystem engagement for a portfolio of high-touch relationships, orchestrating global cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless agreements execution for both new and existing initiatives.

Examples of potential projects include managing partnerships to support account safety measures like device-bound session credentials and secure account signals. Other projects may include work related to strategic partner management and coalition development through managing initiatives such as the Coalition for Secure AI (CoSAI). Furthermore, you will help shape academic collaborations by managing a portfolio of Safeworks sponsored research and workshops for partner initiatives.
