Own the overall executive relationship and strategic partnership with one of the largest global financial services firms. Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to customer business priorities. Lead executive business reviews, governance programs, and strategic planning motions. Orchestrate a large virtual account team across sales, engineering, customer success, support, services, and partner organizations. Identify, qualify, and close complex transformational opportunities. Maintain forecast accuracy and deliver against revenue, consumption, and customer success objectives. Build trusted relationships with business, technology, operations, security, and innovation leaders. Represent customer priorities internally and advocate for investments that accelerate customer success. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and operational excellence across the account team. Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR 13+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives. 8+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship. Bachelor's Degree AND 13+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 11+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience. Proven enterprise technology sales experience supporting large strategic accounts in the financial services industry. Track record of measurable business impact, including revenue growth, account expansion, or other quantifiable sales achievements. Cross-functional leadership skills with experience coordinating specialists, customer success resources, and other stakeholders in support of a major customer relationship.
