POSITION SUMMARY
- To be fully conversant with all Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and be competent in executing all tasks..
- Ensures that flow and supply of operating equipment meets requirements.
- Keeps a stock of ice for emergencies.
- Controls cleanliness of equipment.
- Keeps clean and controlled swill areas.
- Controls closely operating equipment.
- Assists in keeping a proper records of equipment leaving or coming into the hotel and submits copies of records to accounting.
- Assists in conducting inventories on a quarterly basis in order to establish requirements for budget.
- Checks that soap and towel dispensers are filled at all times.
- Reports all signs of infestation to maintenance and plans, carries out and follow up pest control schemes.
- Other such duties as determined by the company from time to time
