This role sits at the center of SSD system design and verification, playing a critical part in delivering reliable, high-performing products. Key Responsibilities include: * Debug and resolve complex issues across firmware, hardware, and system domains * Perform performance, power, thermal, and reliability characterization * Ensure products meet defined performance, reliability, and compliance requirements * Develop and apply test and characterization methodologies * Support DFMEA and design review activities * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and customer teams ### Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience · Strong understanding of PCIe and NVMe protocols and system behavior · Knowledge of SSD architecture including FTL, NAND management, and controller interaction · Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, analyzers, and debug platforms · Demonstrated use of AI Assisted tools for debugging, automation, or technical analysis! ### Preferred Qualifications: · Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field · Experience with SSD development, firmware interaction, or system validation · Proficiency in Python, C++, Bash, or similar scripting languages · Experience with power and thermal characterization techniques · Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Work Location Requirement; This role is full-time onsite and based in Longmont, Colorado.
