Staff Product Manager, Finance Transformation

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ### Finance Transformation & Business Processes * Partner with Finance and Operations Finance teams to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and optimization. * Support transformation initiatives across Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, FP&A, Financial Close, Cost Accounting, and Shared Services operations. * Drive future-state operating model design by challenging legacy processes and enabling modern digital capabilities. * Ensure solutions support governance, internal controls, auditability, compliance, and SOX requirements. * Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Internal Audit, Operations Finance, and Shared Services stakeholders globally. ### Systems, Platforms & SAP Modernization * Lead Finance product initiatives across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Joule, and related enterprise applications. * Support Finance transformation programs involving SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations, ERP modernization, process harmonization, and system rationalization. * Partner with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable, integrated solutions across Finance ecosystems. * Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and recommend technology solutions aligned with long-term enterprise strategy. * Ensure products are designed with scalability, governance, security, and maintainability in mind. ### AI, Automation & Agentic Transformation * Drive adoption of AI, intelligent automation, and agentic technologies across Finance processes. * Identify opportunities where AI agents, copilots, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows can improve operational effectiveness and user productivity. * Partner with AI, automation, data, and engineering teams to transform Finance use cases into scalable digital products. * Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and introducing new capabilities that enhance Finance operations. * Contribute to the development of intelligent Finance ecosystems leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, UiPath, and enterprise AI platforms. ### Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership * Influence and align stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Compliance, and executive leadership teams. * Lead discovery workshops, product reviews, roadmap planning sessions, governance forums, and executive steering committee discussions. * Build strong partnerships across global teams to drive alignment, adoption, and successful business outcomes. * Communicate complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner. * Drive organizational change and adoption through strong stakeholder engagement and customer-centric product management practices. ## Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or related fields. * 5+ years of experience supporting Finance processes, enterprise applications, or business transformation initiatives. * Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, release planning, adoption, and value realization. * Strong understanding of Finance operations including P2P, S2P, R2R, O2C, Treasury, FP&A, Financial Close, Cost Accounting, and Shared Services. * Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and stabilization. * Strong understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management. * Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environments. * Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
