Training will be conducted at MK Air Base or at an approved training facility located within 30 km of the installation.

Position Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Management Training Instructor to support project and program management training for the Ukrainian State Special Transportation Service (SSTS) in Romania.

The Instructor will support the development and delivery of practical project management training covering project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, project controls, acquisition, and program management. Training will focus on infrastructure, military engineering, reconstruction, fortification, and demining project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver project management curriculum for Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master-level courses.

Provide classroom instruction on project planning, scope development, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and project controls.

Teach advanced topics including Earned Value Management, change control, resource leveling, acquisition, contract administration, and program management.
