Collaborates with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supports drafting proposals and/or statement of work (SOW). Provides input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery to Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), and/or Project Managers. Improves Managed Standard Offerings (MSO) quality and collaborates with portfolio and solution teams of the domain by providing feedback. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Kubernetes microservices using Node.js / Python / C Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with Azure services, including Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Redis. Build event-driven architectures using message queuing technologies (e.g., Azure Service Bus) to manage transfer states and enable efficient system decoupling Build robust logging and monitoring systems, leveraging tools like Application Insights and Log Analytics Advanced storage patterns and practices to efficiently manage high concurrency transfers Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using React to enhance user experience across a modern, cloud-native web platform Design, implement, and optimize data models and queries in Azure Cosmos DB, ensuring efficient storage, high performance, and scalability for large-scale, concurrent data operations Ensures the use of the existing intellectual property (IP). Provides feedback on Managed IP for continuous improvement, reports IP gaps, reviews IP to be considered for harvesting and curation and ensures it is logged for consumption. Improves Industry Solutions offerings quality and collaborates with portfolio and solution teams by providing feedback. Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architect, Pursuit Lead, Consulting Account Executive, Industry Solutions Delivery Engineering & Architecture Group) in the pre-sale process by understanding business and security requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal. Supports drafting proposals and/or statement of work (SOW). Provides input on staffing and skill requirements and ensures SME involvement to define security capacity for delivery to Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), and/or Project Managers. Participates in project planning and develops project documents by identifying the risks and dependencies. Assists project managers/architects in preparing for steering committee (e.g., developing artifacts). Manages their schedule and communicates with project leads. Implements solutions and provides oversight and leadership on workstreams across domains while adhering to Industry Solutions processes and security initiatives. Manages escalations, analyzes situations, and coordinates appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery practices, considering cost implications, maintaining a security-first mindset and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service and Support, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Product Group) as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience. 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance 5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business. Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics). Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management). 5 years plus years of software engineering and technical experience in a relevant business area. Possession of technical certifications in specific domains or service lines, such as Azure or Security. Expertise in using Bicep or similar domain-specific languages for Azure infrastructure as code. Practical experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications with Kubernetes. Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture and related Design Patterns. Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Node.js / Python / C#. Competence in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub DevOps. Familiarity with containerization and managing Docker containers. Knowledge of Azure Graph API for managing Azure resources. Experience in implementing and managing security measures with Windows Defender or similar tools.
