Work is required from site/hybrid, 3 days per week These roles are responsible for partnering with the broader Global Supply Chain teams including Planning & Analytics, Supplier Quality and overall Site Projects team to meet the on-time delivery for large, complex datacenter construction project(s). This role is responsible for managing post-award activities in support of Capital Equipment procurement and project execution. This includes managing supplier performance and leading cross-functional teams. Responsible for onboarding and development of Site Procurement Managers: (Lead, coach, mentor). Responsible for developing, planning, and executing training for Site Procurement Managers and Cross-Functional stakeholders Collaborates cross-functionally to define and manage supplier scorecard criteria (e.g., key performance indicators [KPIs], Service Level Agreements [SLAs]), coordinates supplier performance/recovery reviews, and drives corrective actions. Ensures adherence to policy, educates stakeholders and suppliers on policy compliance, and manages the remediation and resolution of sourcing issues. Identifies opportunities to adapt policy as needed to mitigate risk and better enable suppliers to meet business requirements. Ensures consistency, timeliness, quality, and accuracy of deliverables, and ensures Procurement stakeholders are aware of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/or defined milestones and deliverables terms. Communicates delay to Procurement stakeholders and independently proposes and executes contingency measures. Develops pricing and negotiation strategies on contract changes for multiple purchasing categories, ensures that strategies clearly articulate the tradeoffs, roles, and responsibilities across parties, and gains senior executive support for strategies both internally and externally. Management of Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM) Field Service Technician/Engineer: Manage and oversee Supplier labor management in coordination with General Contractor, Scheduling Teams, and Internal Planning Teams to align schedules and deliverables. Manage schedule compliance and escalations from field team to support installation and Commissioning (Cx) activities as required to drive efficiencies between Supplier and General Contractor Coordinate post-IFC design changes and deliver aligned project specifications, compliance documents, and technical submittals across procurement, engineering, and stakeholders. Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 8+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 12+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR equivalent experience.
